Email ljckautomotive@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll reply with a free, prepaid returns label.
Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included, exactly as you received it.
Attach the prepaid label to the parcel and drop it off at any Royal Mail or courier collection point. Return postage is on us — you pay nothing.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days (5–7 days to appear on your statement).

We’re unable to accept returns of items that have been installed, used, or modified, unless they arrived damaged or faulty (see below).
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately at ljckautomotive@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — including return postage — with no 30-day limit applied to genuine warranty faults.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. It typically appears on your statement within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Want a different part instead of a refund? Let us know when you request your return label — we’ll help you place the new order and apply the refunded amount toward it once the original item is received back.
