Every window below is counted from the moment you place the order and already includes our handling time as well as the courier's transit. The same windows are shown on the product page and in your cart, so the date you see before paying is the date we hold ourselves to.
Orders placed before 14:00 Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day where stock allows.
Orders placed after that cut-off, or at the weekend, start their delivery clock on the next working day.
Windows are in working days and exclude public holidays. International orders can also be held briefly while customs clears the parcel.
Tracking is provided on all orders by email once the parcel is dispatched.
Shipments travel with tracked courier services: DHL / UPS / FedEx / DPD.
International orders may attract import duties or taxes, which are payable by the recipient on delivery and are not included in the shipping rate.
UK orders are listed in Google Merchant Center under the Standard service at exactly the UK rates shown above for each part. The price advertised on Google Shopping is the price in your cart, with the same delivery charge and the same delivery window — no free-shipping claim is made anywhere we advertise.
