Will these headlights fit my pre-facelift Audi A5?

No, these headlights are specifically designed for the facelifted Audi A5 8T models (2011-2017) and are not compatible with pre-facelift models.

Can I install these if my car has the Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS)?

No, these headlights are intended only for vehicles with standard HID Xenon systems and are not compatible with the Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS).

Do these headlights come with E-Mark certification?

Yes, these headlights are E-Mark certified, making them compliant for use on European roads.

What type of factory lighting is required for these to work?

These units are direct replacements for factory-fitted HID Xenon lighting systems. They will not work if your vehicle is currently equipped with halogen or factory LED lighting.

Is professional installation required for these headlights?

While it is possible to install them yourself, we highly recommend professional installation to ensure optimal performance, correct alignment, and safety.

Road legality & MOT

Left-hand drive / right-hand drive headlights, read before ordering

Headlights are drive-side specific. A left-hand drive (LHD) set and a right-hand drive (RHD) set can look identical and bolt on the same way, but the dipped beam pattern is shaped to point away from oncoming traffic on the road the car was built for.
UK-legal headlamps must dip to the left and must not dazzle oncoming traffic. A beam pattern shaped for left-hand drive roads will aim into oncoming traffic here, and headlamp aim and pattern is checked at MOT, so it is likely to fail.
Check the description and photos for a drive-side note before ordering. If it is not stated, send us your vehicle details and we will confirm which drive side this set is built for.
