Will these springs fit all Porsche 968 models from 1991 to 1995?

Yes, these springs are specifically designed for the Porsche 968 Coupe and Convertible models produced between 1991 and 1995.

Do these springs lower both the front and rear of the vehicle?

No, these springs are designed to lower only the front axle by 30mm. The rear axle height is adjusted via the vehicle's torsion bar system.
